We attach great importance to social responsibility projects since the first day we were founded as Globelink Ünimar,. In line with our vision, mission and values, we produce projects or support existing projects on issues that concern our society, especially gender equality, education, sustainability and youth employment.

Unique Steps:

We aim to both attract the interest of young generations to the logistics sector and to enable qualified young people to adapt to business life in a shorter time with the Unique Steps program we have commissioned as Globelink Ünimar, . In this context, we support our colleagues who start working with the Unique Steps program to take their first steps in the sector safely by transferring our valuable experience and knowledge. If you want to be a part of the logistics industry, you can check our Unique Steps page. 23 valuable young people who successfully completed the Unique Steps interview processes started to work in different positions in different departments of our company ın 2022. We will continue to bring qualified labor force to the logistics industry with new steps ın the coming period.

The Key to Sustainable Development: Respecting the Environment

As Globelink Ünimar, with the responsibility of being one of the leading companies in the logistics sector, we update and organize all our business models and processes in a way that does not harm the environment in order to leave a greener and livable world to future generations. We always take care to raise awareness of our employees to be more environmentally conscious individuals at the same time. We have always stood by non- governmental organizations that aim to protect nature, natural resources and the living things they contain. In this context, we support the TEMA Foundation every year to leave a more livable world for future generations as Globelink Ünimar. We support our efforts in the field of sustainability with new projects we develop.

Sea Cleanup Project

We have signed an important cooperation with Şile Municipality within the scope of our sea cleaning project. Within the scope of the project, we started sea cleaning activities in the most visited areas of Şile with our unmanned sea surface cleaning vehicles. The wastes we collect from the sea are separated, recycled and reused in cooperation with Şile Municipality in a way that will benefit the society. Aware that the seas are of great importance for the continuity of our ecosystem, we continue our efforts meticulously to respect the living spaces of living creatures and to leave a cleaner nature for future generations.

For a Bright Future

We continue to collaborate with non-governmental organizations to support equal opportunities in education and for a brighter future. Every year on March 8, International Women's Day, we collaborate with the Association for Supporting Contemporary Life to provide educational scholarships to young girls and continue to develop joint projects together. We are always ready to do our part to raise modern and free individuals who are the building blocks of a modern society. We act with the awareness that today's young minds will form the modern society of the future. The only way for our children to start life under more equal conditions is to receive education under equal conditions at this point.

Globelink Ünimar Scholarship Fund

We provide educational support to vocational high school students with the Globelink Ünimar Scholarship Fund, which we have launched as a result of our cooperation with the Turkish Education Foundation. Globelink Ünimar Scholarship Fund is realized in cooperation with the Turkish Education Foundation, one of the valuable institutions of our country, and within the scope of the fund, the education expenses of female students studying in vocational high schools are covered by Globelink Ünimar.

Every Individual is Important to Us

Individuals with autism can be integrated into society to a great extent with the help of early diagnosis and special education. We develop projects with Tohum Autism Foundation to raise awareness among families and provide access to special education for families in need for this reason, and we participate in the Autism Awareness March held every year on April 2 for this reason. On the other hand, by supporting the work of the Hope Foundation for Children with Cancer, we aim to contribute to the treatment processes of children struggling with cancer. In addition, through the collaborations we have developed in line with the mission of the Laughter Heals Foundation, we help the healing process of children who need psychosocial support due to serious illnesses and traumas. In the coming period, we will continue to take new steps in line with this approach and support raising social awareness.

The Key to Social Peace: Gender Equality

We strongly believe in gender equality and we always stand behind and support plans and projects that will contribute to this goal as Globelink Ünimar. We see it as a human duty to stand against gender discrimination not only in business life but also in all areas of social life, saying “the main thing is human”. We support women's participation in working life with the projects and practices we put into practice. While we continue our activities with our human resources and employment policy with our fifty percent female employee ratio, we also support non-governmental organizations with our colleagues.

Loop | Upcycling Project

The sea cleaning project carried out by Globelink Ünimar Lojistik A.Ş. in cooperation with Şile Municipality has gained a different dimension with the participation of FMV Işık University, another important organization for the region. The wastes collected from our waters by the two sea cleaning vehicles that met with our seas were transformed into an artwork project, which is one of the sustainability issues of the future and characterized by the concept of "Upcycling" for the first time in our country. The project of the firsts attracts attention with both artistic and environmental value.
