Globelink Ünimar, which cares about youth employment in the human resources recruitment process, utilizes new graduates and young people with high potential who aim to make a career in the logistics industry with the MT program (Management Trainee), a program for manager candidates.

Globelink Ünimar, which prioritizes employee satisfaction and Performance management and carries out a multilateral human resources policy, established Ünimar Academy in 2018 with this understanding.
